Educational Program

Students are cordially invited to actively acquaint themselves with an historical event at the location of the unconditional surrender of the German armed forces (Wehrmacht) on 8 May 1945. School classes or groups engaged in educational activities outside of school can critically examine German-Soviet relationships at this historic location.
The emphasis is on the Wehrmacht’s war of annihilation against the Soviet Union 1941-1945.

The museum’s present program ranges from guided tours through the permanent exhibition to several hours of hands-on project work.

The museum’s educational program and seminars are being continually expanded. Although this program is only offered in German, guided tours of the permanent exhibition are available also in Russian, English, French, Polish and Spanish.
